Am i proud or ashamed to say it? No
But lately a lot of scenarios have been running through my mind
Like what would life be like if i did have a child
One thing I know for sure
Is that I can't have a daughter...I just can't
Seeing how some girls are nowadays, I just couldn't imagine her turning out to be like that.
The amount of overprotection would probably kill her to be honest.
If I had a son...idk I probably wouldn't be on him in a overprotective sense
But he would just have a lot of responsibility riding on his shoulders.
Goodness forbid he's the older sibling.
At the end of the day, i'd say kids just aren't for me.
...
..
.
But, babies are interesting indeed.
I find that a baby is probably the smartest thing on this earth.
Smart as in it's ability to learn.
You can literally teach a kid/baby several different languages and it won't have a problem learning them all.
On the other hand, you try to teach a teen or an adult a language.
And it suddenly becomes the hardest thing in the world.
This is why you should be careful of how you mold your kid while it's growing up.
The things he/she saw while growing up or were taught will stick with them.
And it's a shame I go on youtube or wshh
And i see mothers/oldersisters/brothers/father totally pushing the kid in a negative direction.
Like, the kid's next to the mom or sister and they're twerking and handing the kid money
Or they're at parties and they're dancing like adults
And adults are standing around watching as if it's cute or something
Forgetting that these kids are literally 4 years old.
Not cool.
And then you have the older brother or father taking pictures of the kid
Holding a gun or money, like that kind of lifestyle is the way to go
And STILL
At the end of the day they're like
"oh nah my baby is gonna be successful!"
I mean, I'm in the middle when it comes to curse words
But just being on the phone with someone and they have a sibling in the background that can barely talk
And they're just pushing the kid on to say some stupid shit
"Say fuck you...Say fuck you...No say fuck you"
Chill out with that. Please.
I have no idea why you would think that's a good idea.
...
..
.
I'm just saying.
Your child molds after the image brought to them.
They're VERY impressionable.
So if your kid doesn't turn out the way you thought they would
All you can do is look at who taught em.
I understand that sometimes it can't be helped.
Hell, sometimes keeping the child under your wing like that makes them want to do bad things.
These are the ones that won't take your word for anything
And they'll learn, but it'll be from experience.
It's a blessing and a curse.
But then again
What isn't?
Anything on this earth could be a double-edged sword.
